Jeff Dodgson

Jeff Dodgson, Senior Consultant, began working at The Brookeside Group, Inc. in 2005.  Leveraging his experience in marketing and financial services, he is responsible for delivering training workshops throughout the world.

Prior to joining The Brookeside Group, Jeff started his career as a Credit Officer at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company.  Soon thereafter, he transitioned into the investment banking division.  In 1990, Jeff was among the founding members of General Re Financial Products Corporation.  He held various marketing and management positions throughout his fifteen years at GRFP, including Managing Director - Head of North American Marketing and Structuring and the Marketing Representative on the firm’s Management Committee.  Additionally, Jeff was the Supervising Registered Options Principal for the firm’s securities broker/dealer.  In this capacity, he was responsible for ensuring the firm’s compliance with various securities regulations and training the firm’s registered representatives. 

Jeff has spoken at numerous industry and trade conferences on a range of topics including Structured Notes, Synthetic GICs, and Marketing Strategy.

Jeff received a B.A. in Zoology from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  He continued his education at Vanderbilt University where he earned his MBA with a concentration in Finance.
