Brookeside’s Storytelling Workshop helps organizations better communicate their message with a new, more effective communication tool. Effectively communicating your company’s message is invaluable to the larger process of building long-term, Loyal relationships.

This training helps client servicing teams, and others charged with communicating an organization’s message or objectives, convert complex strategies and multi-layered intentions into simple and compelling stories using clear, illustrative language. In addition to helping craft a story, this training also provides participants with the tools required to tell their story in a powerful and effective manner. Utilizing instructive peer feedback and role playing, this course offers its participants the opportunity to test the clarity of their presentation in a safe and cooperative environment.
